Every couple is some type of nervous to step in front of my camera. All sessions begin with a little pep talk and a promise that I haven’t found anyone I couldn’t photograph yet. After a nervous laugh and more reassurance from me - we get to shooting. What my couples never expect is to end their session tired from laughing, an overwhelming sense of relaxation and a deep connection that they can’t explain.
You see, something empowering happens when you are being photographed by someone whose primary goal is to make you great. I don’t just click my shutter and hope for the best. I venture to know you and your partner. I want to learn what makes you happy, why you are in love and what dreams we can create - together. Yes, I can compose a pretty darn incredible photo - but people are where I really thrive. I think that’s why my work may stand out to you. What you see isn’t just a good technical photographer; it’s the work of an artist who pours his heart out for those on his team.
